Ingredients:
- 1 cup brewed coffee (cooled)
- 1 cup milk (whole, almond, or your choice)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 3 tablespoons sugar (or maple syrup)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice blend
- Ice cubes (about two cups)
- Whipped cream for topping
- A sprinkle of pumpkin spice or cinnamon for topping
Instructions:
- Brew your favorite coffee and allow it to cool. For an extra chill factor, you can refrigerate it beforehand.
- In a blender, combine cooled coffee, milk, pumpkin puree, sugar (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, pumpkin spice blend, and ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy. If its too thick for your liking, add more milk; if too thin, add more ice.
- Pour the frappe into two tall glasses.
- Top each glass with a generous swirl of whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice or cinnamon for that festive touch.
- Serve immediately with a straw or spoon.
