Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 1 cup milk (whole, almond, or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 tablespoons sugar (or maple syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice blend
  • Ice cubes (about two cups)
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • A sprinkle of pumpkin spice or cinnamon for topping

Instructions:

  1. Brew your favorite coffee and allow it to cool. For an extra chill factor, you can refrigerate it beforehand.
  2. In a blender, combine cooled coffee, milk, pumpkin puree, sugar (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, pumpkin spice blend, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy. If its too thick for your liking, add more milk; if too thin, add more ice.
  4. Pour the frappe into two tall glasses.
  5. Top each glass with a generous swirl of whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice or cinnamon for that festive touch.
  6. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon.
