Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries, rinsed and drained

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Stir gently and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add melted butter and milk; mix until just combined.
  4. Pour blueberry mixture into the baking dish. Spoon the biscuit topping evenly over the blueberries.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
