Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 taco seasoning mix (1 oz)
- 4 cups crushed Doritos (Nacho Cheese flavor)
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and taco seasoning. Stir until evenly mixed.
- Spread half of the crushed Doritos over the bottom of the baking dish. Pour the chicken mixture over the Doritos, spreading evenly. Top with the remaining crushed Doritos.
- Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese evenly on top.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with cilantro or green onions if desired. Spoon into individual servings and enjoy!
