Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 taco seasoning mix (1 oz)
  • 4 cups crushed Doritos (Nacho Cheese flavor)
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and taco seasoning. Stir until evenly mixed.
  3. Spread half of the crushed Doritos over the bottom of the baking dish. Pour the chicken mixture over the Doritos, spreading evenly. Top with the remaining crushed Doritos.
  4. Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese evenly on top.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Garnish with cilantro or green onions if desired. Spoon into individual servings and enjoy!
