Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve the instant coffee granules in 2 tablespoons of hot water; set aside to cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).
  3. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk, cooled coffee mixture, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt using a rubber spatula until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container, smoothing the top. Cover and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours or until firm.
