Ingredients:
- 1 pound frozen meatballs (beef, turkey, or plant-based)
- 24 ounces marinara sauce
- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil, for garnish
- Additional cheese, for extra gooeyness
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Gather all ingredients and equipment. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In the baking dish, dump frozen meatballs, marinara sauce, cooked pasta, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to combine.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, garnish with fresh basil, and serve warm.
