Instructions:
- In a tall glass, add the instant coffee and sugar.
- Pour in the cold water (1 cup) and mix using a handheld frother or blender until fully combined and frothy.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes to your liking.
- Gradually pour the milk over the ice and coffee mixture.
- For extra creaminess, froth milk separately before adding it to the glass.
- Top with whipped cream if desired, and dust with cocoa powder or cinnamon.
- Serve with a straw or spoon and enjoy immediately.
