Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced fine
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 loaf (12 oz) French baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir in half of the fresh parsley and let the mixture sit for 2 minutes to allow the garlic to flavor the oil.
- Lay the baguette slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Use a pastry brush to apply a thin, even layer of the garlic oil to the top of each slice, ensuring the oil reaches the edges.
- Bake in an oven at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is crisp, or air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 4–6 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Immediately upon removing from the heat, sprinkle the remaining fresh parsley over the warm slices.
