Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (150g) frozen peach slices
  • ½ cup (120ml) plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup (120ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) vanilla extract
  • 4-5 ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients – frozen peaches, Greek yogurt, milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract – into the blender.
  2. Secure the lid tightly and blend on high speed until completely smooth. If needed, stop and scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula to ensure even blending.
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk. If it's not sweet enough, add a little more honey or maple syrup.
  4. Pour immediately into a glass and enjoy! Garnish with a peach slice, if desired.
