Ingredients:
- 1 cup (150g) frozen peach slices
- ½ cup (120ml) plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup (120ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey or maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) vanilla extract
- 4-5 ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients – frozen peaches, Greek yogurt, milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract – into the blender.
- Secure the lid tightly and blend on high speed until completely smooth. If needed, stop and scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula to ensure even blending.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk. If it's not sweet enough, add a little more honey or maple syrup.
- Pour immediately into a glass and enjoy! Garnish with a peach slice, if desired.
