Ingredients:
- 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup (200g) brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups (280g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (170g) Lily
- s Baking Chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease or line the 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract; beat until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture; stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in Lilys Baking Chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Pour the dough into the prepared baking pan. Use a spatula to evenly spread the mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing into bars.
