Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup (200g) brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups (280g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (170g) Lily
  • s Baking Chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease or line the 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract; beat until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture; stir until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in Lilys Baking Chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  7. Pour the dough into the prepared baking pan. Use a spatula to evenly spread the mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing into bars.
