Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (120g) Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp (36g) Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch (0.5g) Sea Salt
  • 1/4 cup (30g) Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp (10g) Sliced Almonds
  • 1 tsp (5g) Hemp Seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a glass jar, combine the Greek yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and the yogurt is fully integrated with the milk.
  2. Add the chia seeds to the liquid base. Stir well for about 60 seconds, scraping the sides of the jar to ensure no dry seeds are stuck to the glass. Let the mixture sit on the counter for 10 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes, stir the pudding once more thoroughly to break up any chia clumps.
  4. Seal the lid tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  5. Before serving, top with fresh blueberries, sliced almonds, and hemp seeds.
