Ingredients:

  • 120g plain Greek yogurt
  • 30ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 5g garlic powder
  • 16g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 450g shredded rotisserie chicken breast, skin removed
  • 300g chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 50g shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 6 large whole-grain tortillas
  • 15ml olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and grated Parmesan in a small bowl. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and velvety.
  2. Place the shredded rotisserie chicken and chopped Romaine in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle half of the dressing over the chicken and lettuce. Toss gently until every leaf is glistening.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Warm each tortilla for 15 seconds per side until pliable and fragrant.
  5. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of the remaining dressing in the center. Note: This prevents the wrap from feeling dry
  6. Pile the dressed chicken and lettuce mixture on top of the dressing.
  7. Sprinkle the shaved Parmesan over the filling.
  8. Fold in the sides of the tortilla.
  9. Roll tightly into a cylinder, tucking the ends until you have a secure seal.
