Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds or flaxseeds (optional for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease the loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs until frothy, then add milk and honey (if using), and mix.
  5. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients; stir until just combined.
  6. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds/flaxseeds on top if desired.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
