Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds or flaxseeds (optional for topping)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease the loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs until frothy, then add milk and honey (if using), and mix.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients; stir until just combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds/flaxseeds on top if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
