Ingredients:
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, skin-on preferred
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the baking tray by lining it with parchment paper (if using).
- Mix the spice blend by combining garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the salmon with olive oil and sprinkle the spice blend evenly on each fillet.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking tray, skin-side down.
- Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and registers an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- While salmon is baking, prepare the sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, chopped dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt in a small bowl.
- Serve the baked salmon drizzled with the lemon-dill sauce.
