Ingredients:

  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, skin-on preferred
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the baking tray by lining it with parchment paper (if using).
  3. Mix the spice blend by combining garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Brush the salmon with olive oil and sprinkle the spice blend evenly on each fillet.
  5. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking tray, skin-side down.
  6. Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and registers an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. While salmon is baking, prepare the sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, chopped dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt in a small bowl.
  8. Serve the baked salmon drizzled with the lemon-dill sauce.
