Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 6 ounces / 170 grams each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper (2 g)
  • Optional: Fresh herbs for garnish (e.g., parsley or basil)

Instructions:

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. In the same bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
  6. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
