Ingredients:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 6 ounces / 170 grams each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon paprika (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper (2 g)
- Optional: Fresh herbs for garnish (e.g., parsley or basil)
Instructions:
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Place them in a mixing bowl.
- In the same bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
