Ingredients:
- 12 whole-grain graham cracker squares
- 6 squares of 70% dark chocolate
- 6 large marshmallows
- 1 pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking.
- Place 6 graham cracker squares on the prepared sheet and top each with one square of 70% dark chocolate.
- Carefully press one large marshmallow onto the chocolate square, ensuring it is centered.
- Set the oven to broil (high) or the air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
- Roast for 1–2 minutes, watching closely, until the marshmallows develop a golden-brown, bubbling crust.
- Using tongs, remove the tray from the heat and immediately place a second graham cracker square on top of each molten marshmallow, pressing down gently.
- Optional: Finish with a tiny pinch of sea salt for flavor contrast.
