Ingredients:

  • 12 whole-grain graham cracker squares
  • 6 squares of 70% dark chocolate
  • 6 large marshmallows
  • 1 pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking.
  2. Place 6 graham cracker squares on the prepared sheet and top each with one square of 70% dark chocolate.
  3. Carefully press one large marshmallow onto the chocolate square, ensuring it is centered.
  4. Set the oven to broil (high) or the air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
  5. Roast for 1–2 minutes, watching closely, until the marshmallows develop a golden-brown, bubbling crust.
  6. Using tongs, remove the tray from the heat and immediately place a second graham cracker square on top of each molten marshmallow, pressing down gently.
  7. Optional: Finish with a tiny pinch of sea salt for flavor contrast.
