Ingredients:
- 2 cups (300g) salted peanuts
- 1 cup (150g) pretzel twists
- 1 cup (90g) rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)
- 1 cup (150g) mini marshmallows
- 1 cup (280g) Nutella
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon (5g) sea salt
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a large bowl, combine salted peanuts, pretzel twists, rice cereal, and mini marshmallows.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine Nutella, cocoa powder, and sea salt. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth (about 1–2 minutes).
- Pour the melted Nutella mixture over the dry ingredients. Stir gently with a spatula or wooden spoon until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to allow the coating to set.
- Once set, break the snack mix into clusters. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
