Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (300g) salted peanuts
  • 1 cup (150g) pretzel twists
  • 1 cup (90g) rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)
  • 1 cup (150g) mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup (280g) Nutella
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine salted peanuts, pretzel twists, rice cereal, and mini marshmallows.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine Nutella, cocoa powder, and sea salt. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth (about 1–2 minutes).
  4. Pour the melted Nutella mixture over the dry ingredients. Stir gently with a spatula or wooden spoon until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to allow the coating to set.
  7. Once set, break the snack mix into clusters. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
