Ingredients:

  • 1 large ripe banana (approx. 120g)
  • 1 cup whole milk (240ml)
  • 2 tbsp cold filtered water (30ml)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (15ml)
  • 0.25 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Peel the very ripe banana and break it into 3-4 smaller chunks.
  2. Place the banana chunks, whole milk, water, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt into a high-speed blender.
  3. Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until the mixture is completely silky and pale yellow.
  4. Optional: Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove any remaining fruit fibers or seeds for a smoother texture.
  5. Serve immediately in a tall glass or refrigerate for 10 minutes for peak refreshment.
