Ingredients:
- 1 large ripe banana (approx. 120g)
- 1 cup whole milk (240ml)
- 2 tbsp cold filtered water (30ml)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (15ml)
- 0.25 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions:
- Peel the very ripe banana and break it into 3-4 smaller chunks.
- Place the banana chunks, whole milk, water, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt into a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until the mixture is completely silky and pale yellow.
- Optional: Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove any remaining fruit fibers or seeds for a smoother texture.
- Serve immediately in a tall glass or refrigerate for 10 minutes for peak refreshment.
