Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (80g) chia seeds
  • 2 cups (480ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) sea salt
  • 1 cup (150g) fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp (30g) sliced almonds
  • 1 tsp (5g) hemp seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Whisk until the yogurt is completely smooth and integrated into the milk.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds until evenly distributed.
  3. Let the mixture sit for 5 to 10 minutes at room temperature, then stir the mixture a second time vigorously to prevent clumps.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly among 4 glass jars. Seal with lids and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Just before serving, top with fresh berries, sliced almonds, and hemp seeds.
