Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (80g) chia seeds
- 2 cups (480ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp (30ml) pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) sea salt
- 1 cup (150g) fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp (30g) sliced almonds
- 1 tsp (5g) hemp seeds
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Whisk until the yogurt is completely smooth and integrated into the milk.
- Stir in the chia seeds until evenly distributed.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 to 10 minutes at room temperature, then stir the mixture a second time vigorously to prevent clumps.
- Divide the mixture evenly among 4 glass jars. Seal with lids and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Just before serving, top with fresh berries, sliced almonds, and hemp seeds.
