Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole milk, at room temperature
- ¾ cup Nutella
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour the loaf pan, or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Incorporate vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with whole milk until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of Nutella over the batter and gently swirl using an offset spatula or knife.
- Top with the remaining batter and repeat the Nutella spooning and swirling.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
