Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp (36g) chia seeds
- 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened oat milk
- 1/4 tsp (1g) sea salt
- 1/2 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup
Instructions:
- Combine the oat milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon in a mason jar. Whisk vigorously until the cinnamon is fully integrated and no dry clumps remain.
- Stir in the chia seeds and sea salt. Stir for at least 60 seconds to ensure every seed is suspended in the liquid.
- Place the jar in the fridge for 15 minutes, then remove it and stir one more time to break up any seeds that have settled at the bottom.
- Seal the lid and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, or overnight for maximum thickness.
