Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp (36g) chia seeds
  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened oat milk
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Combine the oat milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon in a mason jar. Whisk vigorously until the cinnamon is fully integrated and no dry clumps remain.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds and sea salt. Stir for at least 60 seconds to ensure every seed is suspended in the liquid.
  3. Place the jar in the fridge for 15 minutes, then remove it and stir one more time to break up any seeds that have settled at the bottom.
  4. Seal the lid and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, or overnight for maximum thickness.
