- 1 tbsp (15g) cocoa powder (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl or directly in mason jars, combine the oat milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Whisk until the syrup is fully incorporated.
- Slowly pour in the chia seeds while whisking constantly to ensure the seeds are distributed evenly through the liquid.
- Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Stir the pudding vigorously one more time with a whisk or fork to break up any seed clusters.
- Seal the jars with airtight lids and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until a thick, scoopable consistency is reached.
