  • 2 cups (480ml) unsweetened oat milk
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) maple syrup
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5g) ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tbsp (15g) cocoa powder (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl or directly in mason jars, combine the oat milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Whisk until the syrup is fully incorporated.
  2. Slowly pour in the chia seeds while whisking constantly to ensure the seeds are distributed evenly through the liquid.
  3. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir the pudding vigorously one more time with a whisk or fork to break up any seed clusters.
  5. Seal the jars with airtight lids and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until a thick, scoopable consistency is reached.
