Ingredients:
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (397g)
- 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips (340g)
- 20 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
Instructions:
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides to easily lift out the fudge.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until completely melted and smooth.
- Fold in the roughly chopped Oreo cookies, reserving a few for topping.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining Oreo pieces on top, pressing them gently into the fudge.
- Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until firm. This is key to making perfect oreo fudge.
- Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang, and cut into 24 squares. Serve and enjoy your delicious oreo fudge!
