Ingredients:

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (397g)
  • 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips (340g)
  • 20 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides to easily lift out the fudge.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Fold in the roughly chopped Oreo cookies, reserving a few for topping.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining Oreo pieces on top, pressing them gently into the fudge.
  6. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until firm. This is key to making perfect oreo fudge.
  7. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang, and cut into 24 squares. Serve and enjoy your delicious oreo fudge!
