Ingredients:
- 24 honey graham cracker squares (500g)
- 12 large marshmallows (450g)
- 12 squares of milk chocolate (170g)
Instructions:
- Line your baking sheet with parchment paper for effortless cleanup.
- Lay out 12 graham cracker squares in a single layer.
- Place one square of chocolate onto each cracker.
- Top the chocolate with one large marshmallow, pressing down gently to secure it.
- Set your oven to Broil (High).
- Place the baking sheet on the middle or upper-middle rack, ensuring it is not too close to the heating element.
- Watch closely for 1–3 minutes. Remove the pan the moment the marshmallows turn a deep golden brown.
- Immediately remove the pan from the oven and place a second graham cracker square on top of each toasted marshmallow.
- Press down firmly to sandwich the marshmallow and chocolate together.
