Ingredients:

  • 24 honey graham cracker squares (500g)
  • 12 large marshmallows (450g)
  • 12 squares of milk chocolate (170g)

Instructions:

  1. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper for effortless cleanup.
  2. Lay out 12 graham cracker squares in a single layer.
  3. Place one square of chocolate onto each cracker.
  4. Top the chocolate with one large marshmallow, pressing down gently to secure it.
  5. Set your oven to Broil (High).
  6. Place the baking sheet on the middle or upper-middle rack, ensuring it is not too close to the heating element.
  7. Watch closely for 1–3 minutes. Remove the pan the moment the marshmallows turn a deep golden brown.
  8. Immediately remove the pan from the oven and place a second graham cracker square on top of each toasted marshmallow.
  9. Press down firmly to sandwich the marshmallow and chocolate together.
