Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 blend recommended for flavor)
  • 1/2 lb (225g) ground pork
  • 1 cup (120g) breadcrumbs (Italian-style, seasoned)
  • 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) milk (whole or 2%)

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (optional).

  5. Place the meatballs evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Lightly drizzle the meatballs with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and lightly browned. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
