Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (454g) ground turkey (93% lean)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup (50g) panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup (30g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) milk (2% or whole)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley (optional)

  2. In a large bowl, gently combine ground turkey, egg, panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Using your hands (dampened with water), roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley (if using).
