Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Milk of choice (dairy, almond, soy, oat, coconut)
- 2 tablespoons (28g) Chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tablespoon Maple syrup (or honey, or agave)
- 1/2 cup (75g) Mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)
- Optional: a sprinkle of granola, chopped nuts, or coconut flakes for topping
Instructions:
- In a jar or bowl, combine milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
- Whisk or stir well to ensure all chia seeds are submerged and evenly distributed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- After chilling, stir the pudding again to break up any clumps.
- Divide the Chia Seed Pudding into two servings. Top each with mixed berries. Sprinkle with granola, nuts, or coconut flakes, if desired.
