Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Milk of choice (dairy, almond, soy, oat, coconut)
  • 2 tablespoons (28g) Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tablespoon Maple syrup (or honey, or agave)
  • 1/2 cup (75g) Mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)
  • Optional: a sprinkle of granola, chopped nuts, or coconut flakes for topping

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
  2. Whisk or stir well to ensure all chia seeds are submerged and evenly distributed.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  4. After chilling, stir the pudding again to break up any clumps.
  5. Divide the Chia Seed Pudding into two servings. Top each with mixed berries. Sprinkle with granola, nuts, or coconut flakes, if desired.
