Ingredients:

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet instant yeast (2 ¼ tsp or 7g)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup whole milk, warmed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp milk or cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Whisk in warmed milk, melted butter, and eggs until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 5 minutes.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
  5. In a bowl, combine sliced peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Set aside while the dough rises.
  6. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle (about 1/4 inch thick).
  7. Spread softened butter over the rolled dough.
  8. Evenly distribute the peach mixture over the buttered dough.
  9. Roll the dough tightly from one long edge to the other and cut into 12 equal pieces.
  10. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the rolls in a greased baking dish.
  11. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  12. In a bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  13. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and serve immediately.
