Ingredients:
- 1 cup (approx. 150g) Frozen Peach Slices
- ½ cup (120g) Plain Greek Yogurt
- ½ cup (120ml) Milk
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Honey
- ¼ teaspoon (1.25ml) Vanilla Extract
- 2-3 Ice Cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- If using fresh peaches, peel and slice them. Frozen peach slices work beautifully too.
- Add the frozen peach slices, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and optional ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk until you reach your desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy this refreshing Peach Smoothie!
