Ingredients:

  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1.5 cups Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
  • 0.5 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides for easy removal.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the 8 oz of softened cream cheese until it is aerated and completely lump-free.
  3. Slowly fold in the 14 oz of sweetened condensed milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 0.25 tsp salt until the mixture is uniform and resembles a thick glaze.
  4. In a separate heat-proof bowl, combine the 2 cups white chocolate chips and 2 tbsp unsalted butter.
  5. Melt the white chocolate and butter mixture in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely smooth.
  6. Fold the melted chocolate into the cream cheese base until well combined.
  7. Stir in the 1 cup creamy peanut butter.
  8. Fold in half of the chopped peanut butter cups, then spread the mixture into the prepared 8x8 pan using an offset spatula.
  9. Top with the remaining chopped peanut butter cups and a drizzle of melted semi-sweet chocolate chips. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
