Ingredients:

  • 6 full sheets honey graham crackers
  • 6 standard size (1.5 oz / 42g) peanut butter cups
  • 6 large (1 oz / 28g) marshmallows

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven broiler to high.
  2. Lay 12 graham cracker squares on a baking sheet.
  3. Place one half of a peanut butter cup in the center of each square.
  4. Skew each marshmallow and hold it 3-4 inches below the broiler or use a kitchen torch, rotating constantly until the surface is mahogany-colored and the center is molten.
  5. Immediately slide the charred marshmallow off the skewer onto the peanut butter cup.
  6. Cap the assembly with a second graham cracker square and press gently to melt the chocolate.
