Ingredients:

  • 1 medium ripe banana, preferably frozen (approx. 120g)
  • 1 cup (240ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons (32g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) ice cubes
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add the frozen banana, milk, peanut butter, honey (if using), cinnamon (if using), and protein powder (if using) to the blender.
  2. Add the ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy. Add more milk if the smoothie is too thick, or more ice if it's too thin.
  4. Taste and add more honey or peanut butter to adjust the sweetness or peanut butter flavor to your liking.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
