Ingredients:
- 1 medium ripe banana, preferably frozen (approx. 120g)
- 1 cup (240ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tablespoons (32g) creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup (120ml) ice cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Instructions:
- Add the frozen banana, milk, peanut butter, honey (if using), cinnamon (if using), and protein powder (if using) to the blender.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy. Add more milk if the smoothie is too thick, or more ice if it's too thin.
- Taste and add more honey or peanut butter to adjust the sweetness or peanut butter flavor to your liking.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
