  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Marinade: In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat Salmon: Place salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and brush generously with the marinade.
  4. Bake Salmon: Transfer the baking sheet to the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Visual Cue: Salmon should flake easily with a fork and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Rest and Serve: Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with lemon wedges, and enjoy!
