Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (approximately 6 oz / 170 g each, skin-on preferred)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice (10 ml)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon dried dill (2 g)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Fresh dill or parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin side down.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the olive oil mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve with lemon wedges.
