Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) Sea Salt
  • ½ teaspoon (2g) Black Pepper, freshly cracked
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Balsamic Vinegar (optional for drizzling)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the ends and slice the sprouts in half.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and minced garlic (if using).
  4. Spread the sprouts evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cut-side down for maximum caramelization.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until caramelized and crispy, shaking the pan halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Optionally drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving. Serve warm.
