Ingredients:
- 1 (12-16 ounce) bag frozen broccoli florets (450-450g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt (3g)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper (1g)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (25g), optional
- 1 lemon wedge, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the frozen broccoli florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (if using).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the broccoli florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Arrange the seasoned broccoli in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the broccoli is tender-crisp and slightly charred on the edges.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (if using). Serve immediately with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, if desired.
