Instructions:
- Combine the almond milk, protein powder, and Greek yogurt in a mason jar. Whisk vigorously until the powder is completely integrated and the mixture is smooth.
- Stir in the chia seeds, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk for an additional 30 seconds to ensure the seeds are evenly distributed.
- Seal the lid and shake the jar once more. Place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or overnight for a fully hydrated consistency.
- Before serving, give the pudding a quick stir. If too thick, stir in one extra tablespoon of milk to reach desired creaminess.
