Instructions:

  1. Combine the almond milk, protein powder, and Greek yogurt in a mason jar. Whisk vigorously until the powder is completely integrated and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk for an additional 30 seconds to ensure the seeds are evenly distributed.
  3. Seal the lid and shake the jar once more. Place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or overnight for a fully hydrated consistency.
  4. Before serving, give the pudding a quick stir. If too thick, stir in one extra tablespoon of milk to reach desired creaminess.
