Ingredients:

  • 1 (10-ounce) package oyster crackers (approx. 283g)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil (120ml)
  • 1 (1-ounce) package dry ranch dressing mix (approx. 28g)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5ml)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed (2.5ml)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for a kick!) (1.25ml)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the vegetable oil, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, dill weed, and cayenne pepper (if using). Whisk until well combined.
  3. Add the oyster crackers to the bowl and gently toss to coat evenly with the ranch mixture. Make sure every cracker gets a little love!
  4. Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden and crispy. Keep a close eye on them – they can burn easily! Rotate the baking sheet halfway through for even baking.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet. Serve and enjoy! Store in an airtight container.
