Ingredients:
- 1 (10-ounce) package oyster crackers (approx. 283g)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (120ml)
- 1 (1-ounce) package dry ranch dressing mix (approx. 28g)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed (2.5ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for a kick!) (1.25ml)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the vegetable oil, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, dill weed, and cayenne pepper (if using). Whisk until well combined.
- Add the oyster crackers to the bowl and gently toss to coat evenly with the ranch mixture. Make sure every cracker gets a little love!
- Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden and crispy. Keep a close eye on them – they can burn easily! Rotate the baking sheet halfway through for even baking.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet. Serve and enjoy! Store in an airtight container.
