Ingredients:
- 2 cups (340g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup (100g) powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon (1g) salt (optional)
- 1/2 cup (75g) chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup (90g) mini marshmallows (optional)
- Sea salt for sprinkling (optional)
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
- In a separate bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Pour melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly. Spoon dollops of the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate layer. Use a spatula or knife to swirl the peanut butter into the chocolate, creating a marbled effect.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts, mini marshmallows, and a light pinch of sea salt over the mixture as desired.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until the bark is firm.
- Once chilled, remove the bark from the sheet and cut into pieces. Enjoy or store in an airtight container.
