Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (340g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup (100g) powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1g) salt (optional)
  • 1/2 cup (75g) chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup (90g) mini marshmallows (optional)
  • Sea salt for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly. Spoon dollops of the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate layer. Use a spatula or knife to swirl the peanut butter into the chocolate, creating a marbled effect.
  5. Sprinkle chopped nuts, mini marshmallows, and a light pinch of sea salt over the mixture as desired.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until the bark is firm.
  7. Once chilled, remove the bark from the sheet and cut into pieces. Enjoy or store in an airtight container.
