Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (150g) fresh raspberries (or frozen if out of season)
  • 1 cup (240ml) pomegranate juice (100% juice, no added sugar)
  • 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup (120g) Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon (15g) honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust for sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk of choice (almond, dairy, coconut, etc.)
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish (optional)
  • Pomegranate seeds for garnish (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash fresh raspberries under cold water and peel and slice the banana.
  2. In the blender, combine raspberries, pomegranate juice, banana, Greek yogurt, honey, and milk.
  3. Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides if necessary.
  4. Taste the smoothie. If more sweetness is desired, add honey or maple syrup and blend again.
  5. Pour the smoothie into two glasses. Garnish with fresh raspberries, pomegranate seeds, and mint leaves if desired.
