Ingredients:
- 48 Ritz Crackers (165g)
- 0.5 cup Marshmallow Fluff (65g)
- 12 oz High-Quality Dark or Milk Chocolate Melting Wafers (340g)
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil (4.5g)
- 0.25 cup Crushed Graham Crackers (21g)
- 1 tsp Flaky Sea Salt (6g)
Instructions:
- Lay out 24 crackers face down on parchment paper. Place 1 teaspoon of marshmallow fluff onto the center of each cracker.
- Top with the remaining 24 crackers. Press gently until the fluff reaches the edges without spilling over.
- Place the tray in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up the marshmallow structure.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil in 30-second intervals in the microwave until smooth.
- Drop chilled sandwiches into the chocolate, flip with a fork to coat entirely, and return to parchment paper.
- Immediately sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and flaky sea salt before the chocolate sets.
