Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade. Place chicken strips on the hot grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Transfer chicken strips to a plate and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
