Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15g) nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp (5ml) lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) sea salt
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp (3g) fresh parsley, finely minced
  • 1 tsp (1g) fresh chives, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp (1g) fresh dill, finely minced
  • 1/8 tsp (0.5g) cracked black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a glass jar, combine the almond milk, Greek yogurt, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, sea salt, and olive oil. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and the nutritional yeast is dissolved.
  2. Stir in the minced parsley, chives, and dill, ensuring the herbs are evenly distributed throughout the liquid.
  3. Pour in the chia seeds and stir. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes on the counter, then stir once more to prevent clumping. Seal the lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
