Ingredients:
- 1 cup (150g) Fresh or Frozen Strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Milk (dairy or non-dairy, like almond or oat milk)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)
- 3-4 Ice Cubes
Instructions:
- Hull fresh strawberries (if using).
- Add the strawberries, milk, yogurt, honey/maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract (if using) to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached. Add more ice for a thicker smoothie.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy! A perfect strawberry smoothie.
