Ingredients:
- 2-4 Everything Bagels
- 8 oz (225g) Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh Dill, finely chopped
- 4-8 oz (115-230g) Sliced Smoked Salmon
- ¼ Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Capers, drained
- ½ Cucumber, thinly sliced
- ½ Lemon, cut into wedges
- Fresh rocket or salad leaves (optional)
- Cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
- Everything Bagel Seasoning (optional)
- Olive oil (optional)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and chopped dill. Mix until well combined.
- Toast the bagels to your desired level of doneness.
- Spread the dill cream cheese generously on each bagel half.
- Arrange the smoked salmon ribbons on top of the cream cheese.
- Scatter sliced red onion, capers, and cucumber slices artfully around the bagels.
- Add lemon wedges, rocket (or salad), cherry tomatoes and other optional toppings of your choosing.
- Drizzle with olive oil if desired.
