Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (100g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp (42g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp (12g) light brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp (0.7g) salt
  • 1 cup (240ml) chocolate pudding, prepared
  • 8 to 12 large marshmallows
  • 1 oz (28g) shaved chocolate

Instructions:

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar, and salt in a bowl. Stir until the mixture resembles damp sand and clumps slightly.
  2. Divide the crust mixture evenly among 8 cups and press down firmly with a spoon until the base is flat and compact.
  3. Spoon the prepared chocolate pudding over the crust, smoothing the top with the back of a spoon to ensure it reaches the edges.
  4. Place one large marshmallow (or two small ones) on top of each chocolate layer.
  5. Toast the marshmallows using an oven broiler on the top rack for 1–2 minutes or with a kitchen torch until mahogany-colored and puffed.
  6. Garnish with shaved chocolate before serving.
