Ingredients:
- 1 cup (100g) graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp (42g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp (12g) light brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp (0.7g) salt
- 1 cup (240ml) chocolate pudding, prepared
- 8 to 12 large marshmallows
- 1 oz (28g) shaved chocolate
Instructions:
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar, and salt in a bowl. Stir until the mixture resembles damp sand and clumps slightly.
- Divide the crust mixture evenly among 8 cups and press down firmly with a spoon until the base is flat and compact.
- Spoon the prepared chocolate pudding over the crust, smoothing the top with the back of a spoon to ensure it reaches the edges.
- Place one large marshmallow (or two small ones) on top of each chocolate layer.
- Toast the marshmallows using an oven broiler on the top rack for 1–2 minutes or with a kitchen torch until mahogany-colored and puffed.
- Garnish with shaved chocolate before serving.
