Ingredients:

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1.5 oz white chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz unsweetened canned coconut milk
  • 0.5 oz white crème de cacao
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp coarse sparkling white sugar
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Place a martini or coupe glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes to chill.
  2. Combine the sparkling sugar and desiccated coconut on a small shallow plate. On a separate plate, add the honey.
  3. Dip the rim of the chilled glass into the honey, then immediately into the sugar and coconut mixture, rotating until a thick 'snowy' crust forms.
  4. In a cocktail shaker, combine the vanilla vodka, white chocolate liqueur, coconut milk, and crème de cacao.
  5. Fill the shaker 3/4 full with large ice cubes and shake vigorously for 15 seconds until the shaker is frost-cold.
  6. Double strain the mixture through a Hawthorne strainer into the prepared glass.
