Ingredients:
- 2 oz vanilla vodka
- 1.5 oz white chocolate liqueur
- 1 oz unsweetened canned coconut milk
- 0.5 oz white crème de cacao
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp coarse sparkling white sugar
- 1 tsp desiccated coconut
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Place a martini or coupe glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes to chill.
- Combine the sparkling sugar and desiccated coconut on a small shallow plate. On a separate plate, add the honey.
- Dip the rim of the chilled glass into the honey, then immediately into the sugar and coconut mixture, rotating until a thick 'snowy' crust forms.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the vanilla vodka, white chocolate liqueur, coconut milk, and crème de cacao.
- Fill the shaker 3/4 full with large ice cubes and shake vigorously for 15 seconds until the shaker is frost-cold.
- Double strain the mixture through a Hawthorne strainer into the prepared glass.
