Ingredients:
- 2 pieces naan bread (approx. 6-8 inches each)
- 1/2 cup (120ml) marinara sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 4 oz (115g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- 4oz (115g) sliced pepperoni
- Olive oil for drizzling (optional)
- Red pepper flakes, for sprinkling (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the marinara sauce, minced garlic (if using), and dried oregano. Mix well.
- Spread a thin layer of the sauce mixture evenly over each naan bread.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauced naan.
- Arrange your desired toppings (e.g., cherry tomatoes and pepperoni).
- Place the naan pizzas on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the naan are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven. Drizzle with olive oil (optional), sprinkle with red pepper flakes (optional), and garnish with fresh basil (if using). Slice and serve immediately.
