Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces naan bread (approx. 6-8 inches each)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) marinara sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 oz (115g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • 4oz (115g) sliced pepperoni
  • Olive oil for drizzling (optional)
  • Red pepper flakes, for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the marinara sauce, minced garlic (if using), and dried oregano. Mix well.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the sauce mixture evenly over each naan bread.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauced naan.
  5. Arrange your desired toppings (e.g., cherry tomatoes and pepperoni).
  6. Place the naan pizzas on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the naan are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven. Drizzle with olive oil (optional), sprinkle with red pepper flakes (optional), and garnish with fresh basil (if using). Slice and serve immediately.
