Ingredients:
- 4 Bream fillets (about 4 oz / 113 g each)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons (10 g) chili powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) salt
- ½ teaspoon (2 g) black pepper
- Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons / 30 ml)
- Fresh cilantro leaves (optional)
- Lime wedges (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lime juice.
- Add bream fillets to the marinade and coat evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Place the marinated bream fillets in the baking dish, skin side down. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges, if desired.
