Ingredients:
- 6 cups fresh spinach, washed and dried
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Wash and dry the spinach thoroughly.
- Hull and slice the strawberries.
- Measure out the almonds and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl or jar, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined and emulsified.
- In a large salad bowl, add the spinach and sliced strawberries. Sprinkle the sliced almonds and crumbled feta on top.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving. Toss gently to combine, ensuring the spinach is coated without bruising.
- Transfer to individual plates or serve family-style from the bowl.
