Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Ketel One Botanical Peach & Orange Blossom vodka
  • 0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz Honey syrup (1:1 honey and warm water)
  • 3 oz Chilled Prosecco
  • 1 oz Club soda
  • 2 dashes Orange bitters
  • 2-3 Fresh peach slices
  • 1 Sprig fresh mint
  • Edible flowers for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Fill a large wine glass or Copa de Balon with ice to chill the vessel. Discard any melted water before starting.
  2. Pour the botanical vodka, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and honey syrup directly into the glass over fresh ice cubes.
  3. Add two dashes of orange bitters to the mixture to enhance the citrus profile.
  4. Slowly pour the chilled Prosecco down the side of the glass to maintain carbonation, followed by the club soda.
  5. Using a long-handled bar spoon, gently stir once from the bottom to the top to integrate the ingredients without losing effervescence.
  6. Slide peach slices into the glass. Slap the mint sprig against your palm to release essential oils and place it near the rim. Garnish with edible flowers.
